Resolution measured with a 100× objective at NA = 0.95. Control and data processing run in Miraspec software: 2D/3D XYZ mapping and time-resolved kinetic analysis, spectral deconvolution (PCR, SIMPLISMA-NNLS, MCR-ALS), cosmic ray removal, baseline correction and normalisation, control of laser power, integration time and scan step.
